nancy , the problem might be that ocean pines doesn't know if it's a retirement neighborhood,a family oriented neighborhood, or a summer vacation hot spot. It can be all those things plus things you didn't even list. To me and my family, it's simply home. And we love it, warts and all. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: nancy , the problem might be that ocean pines doesn't know if it's a retirement neighborhood,a family oriented neighborhood, or a summer vacation hot spot. how many people out of 8,000 lot owners are going to really use the center. how many people used the old one. i voted for a new center , but at this point i'm disgusted with the way things are being done. and i have no faith that this building will come out the way it should for the money being spent. and they don't even have final prices yet. russ |
