For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Bill: If S. T. O. P. turns in 850 valid signed petitions it would be border line criminal behavior by the B/O/D to continue generating costs until after the referendum vote. Do you believe that a referendum held today for $5,372,794.00 for a 29,000 sq. ft. butler building would pass?
