........beyond just patching up would require a referendum. Unless they did it piecemeal. I suspect if there is a way around a referendum which would be slightly above the $1M mark the BOD could try to find a way if they so desired. A $2 million referendum on the community hall might pass if the community center is counted out. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: the BOD will vote to spend the necessary funds to totally renovate, and maybe expand, the community hall And doing so, beyond just patching up would require a referendum. |
