All Directors are entitled to their opinion and entitled to express that opinion without telling things they have heard in closed meetings. The BOD members still can't openly and honestly speak their minds because to do so would mean divulging info gathered from BOD closed meetings. We all know what Janet's opinions are but she obviously could make stronger points if she could use some of the info from the BOD closed meetings. |
