That penalty amount is very important Amazing. It might be good to know, but I believe Bill is simply restating what the GM told the press in his news conference and he was not even sure if the arbitration clauses were for binding or non-binding arbitration. Look at the video. Seems like even when facts are available and on video people are still confused. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: The General Manager has stated that the contract contains an arbitration clause, therefore, no one can tell you ahead of time to what degree OPA will be responsible. There is no fixed "damages" or fixed $ or % penalties. That's good information. Thanks for letting us all know. |
