I called Marvin as soon as I read the article. Marvin denies the quotes. The letter from ESBIA was a hoax.                                                                                                      HOAX: an act intended to trick people into believing something is real that is not.

I am not sure how one would characterize that letter but calling it a HOAX may lead some to believe that it may not have been sent out by the Builders Association. My impression is that it was sent out from the Builders Association offices with the exclusive OK of a member but without obtaining permission to use the signature of the Building Association President. That being said it should not have been sent out, in my opinion, under those circumstances.
