The General Manager has stated that the contracts are signed and that they contain an arbitration clause.

But he did not know if the arbitration provision is binding. If not, it is essentially useless. I don't know; you don't know. We have not seen the signed contract. As yet, no one has even replied to my request as to who signed and the date.

One interesting aspect of this is that I saw Marvin Steen on Thursday at Marina Deck and he mentioned something about he and Marty were to be shown the contract by Olson.

If that is true, it is an insult to every association member.
