Dan's quote: It is essential that we do this work in a thorough and professional fashion in order to bring out top dollar offers for the property. Questions like, “What are the storm water requirements for this property? What is the largest building envelope that can be put on the property given county requirements? What impact will various uses, as approved by the Board, have on traffic on Route 589 and will that be an issue in the sale? What is the availability of utilities for the site, and what limits are there on this availability? What terms and conditions will apply with this sale (including, but not limited to, the types of uses the Board approved)? Are there any potential deed issues that may already exist with regard to this property?” And so on. I thought we had professionals working on selling this property. Apparently not. What has been going on since the referendum? All of this should have been completed a long time ago. Oh, the Real Estae market changed. You have to work for your money now. dpg |
