For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: True. However, a strip of land 20 feet wide between the parking lot and the right-of-way along 589 is not what I'd consider "usable land." Ditto for the others areas with the exception of the open areas in front of the memorial. Other than that, if you want to split hairs over what is still usable open space inside the silt fence, be my guest. |
