For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: So, you believe it is TRUE that narrow strips of land between a road and a parking area are "useable open space?" Guess it depends on what one's definition of "usable open space" is. When I think of the term it is usually of an open, park-like area of some size. Then again, maybe it is a good area for kids to play touch football after we put a 15-foot chain link fence along 589. |
