When you say "referendum documents" do you mean these will be included with the referendum question?

I was thinking the detailed data would be contained in a prospectus or some other facts sheet or document enclosed with the actual voting document mailing. The exception to that would be a statement on the voting document that surplus interior lots will be sold regardless of the outcome of the vote to proceed with the community center. I think this action should be taken regardless of the community center to eliminate the cash drain these properties now impose on OPA.

I would also add another item to the referendum documents:

A current, detailed, verifiable estimate as to the total cost to rehabilitate the existing community hall.
