If you thinks it's just a matter of 1.4 million, fine.

I have said in several prior posts that it is a matter of do we approve another $1.4M being spent AND where is this $1.4M coming from since it's certainly not coming from land sales.  And remember, since this is a totally separate referendum there is nothing to require that the $1.4M come from land sales.  It could come from anywhere.

I have also said in prior posts that my biggest worry is that we might be spending $5.4M for a building which will not be anywhere near a $5.4M building.  We are not getting what we're paying for.

Like I said in a prior post, write the BOD and tell them it's there choice - pool cover or CC.  They can't have both.

Don't you mean what Dan and the other three members of the BOD did in our haphazard manner was pure folly?  I don't recall anyone else in OP ever having a say in the construction of this building or anything to do with the building.
