| Waterviews and golf course views are a product of placement of a lot. They have nothing to do with the services provided by the OPA. If you like your idea Vermont is the place for you as they have adopted a soak the view mentality by assessing property taxes in part on scenic views. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe, Every lot owner has equal access and use of all amenities and common areas, and each pays the same. Waht could be FAIRER? Owners of interior lots don't have the equal access to a waterview or a golf course view as do owners of waterfront or golf course lots. Aren't you the one who advocates Golfers paying their fair share of golf costs? Why should an owner of an interior lot subsidize those owners with waterfront or golf course views? Gary
