For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Gary, Owners of interior lots don't have the equal access to a waterview or a golf course view as do owners of waterfront or golf course lots. Aren't you the one who advocates Golfers paying their fair share of golf costs? Why should an owner of an interior lot subsidize those owners with waterfront or golf course views? The cost of the view is calculated into the price of the house. Normally, the golf course and water lots are valued more than the interior lots. Therefore, the owner pays a premium price for the view at purchase time. Further, if I am living on the water and you are living on an interior lot, how are you subsidizing me?
