Doesn't it cost to maintain the golf course? So you're advocating what exactly, that home owners who border the golf course pay more in assessments to maintain their view of the golf course? Are you planning on giving the 300 OP golf members a reduction in their membership fees at the same time you increase the assessments for golf course lots? |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: waterfront people pay extra for bulkheads Why? Maybe because it costs more for bulkheads and canal maintenance, etc. Shouldn't the same logic be applied for the golf course lot owners? Doesn't it cost to maintain the golf course? They do not wear out the roads faster, use more pool time or tennis time or wear out the walking trails more than anyone else. We all pay the same for the support of our amenities and that is the way it should be I couldn't agree more on these items. Gary |
