OPA board member Janet Kelley raised the issue of fees for boat slips at the Yacht Club during the 1/18/2006 board meeting. Kelley feels the fees are set too much under what slips are renting for at Pines Point and other areas and would line see the PA fees increased. She also questioned why the proposed budget did not include any money for improvements and repairs to the existing slips at the Swim and Racquet Club in the event an expansion of that marina is not approved by lot owners in a coming referendum.
