so I would defer option 3 until option 1 is funded and there is a supported requirement and supported funding for option 3. Why would you want to fix up the old building and then tear it down? I THINK you are suggesting minimal fixup of the old building and then adding a new building when/if at some future time. Bob, given the results of the last referendum you may be expressing view of many lot owners. As I said, my view is to do a complete rehab of the old building and nothing new. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I think option 1 is the cheapest cost per sq foot to get the space usable, and should be done. Option 3 seems like an independent decision and does not have to made at the same time as option 1, so I would defer option 3 until option 1 is funded and there is a supported requirement and supported funding for option 3. |
