For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: A look at the archives of the OPA News would reveal that this issue of how to make the ammenities self-sustaining has been a topic of discussion on and off for 15 years or more. A few years back there was a contract of some sort with a private individual to operate the Yacht Club dining room. Apparently the arrangement did not work out to the satisfaction of either side. Are you thinking along the lines of a Fagers Island West? |
