Mr. Clarke seems to have trouble communicating with the lot owners in a respectable manner. One doesn't know if he really knows the answers or not. Mr. Zawacki seems to have lost his ability to communicate all together. What in the world do BOD members have to be secret about? Maybe they have thin shells? Maybe no backbone?

I don't believe Marty has trouble communicating.  He just pretty much says what he thinks and sometimes it may sound a little rough.  I think he gets frustrated with my constant questions.  I cannot comment on this forum about Mr. Zawacki.  He doesn't respond to me at all.  I certainly don't think any of our current board members have thin shells; quite the opposite; hard to get thru.
