don, i abhor the back room meetings of the board unless it's a personal matter. if they have secrets those should be opoen for everyone to hear. my grandchildren are here and i'm typing as fast as i can before they get up. i've probably made a billion mistakes. -nanci

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Mr. Clarke seems to have trouble communicating with the lot owners in a respectable manner. One doesn't know if he really knows the answers or not. Mr. Zawacki seems to have lost his ability to communicate all together. What in the world do BOD members have to be secret about? Maybe they have thin shells? Maybe no backbone?  |
