The petitions began circulation in late September, I believe. I think that Joe has a copy of it somewhere on this board. You could make copies of it from here and give them to folks who would like to carry them with them to meetings and to friends who care about the Swim and Racquet Club property. I really hope that you will do that.

They were to be returned to Charles Herpen at 24 Teal Circle by a date in November but you could have the completed ones sent directly to the OP Board of Directors.

Sad to say, they are NOT allowing anyone to speak at the Town Meeting except on the subject of the Expansion. I really think that they do not wish to hear about the marina issue and that is why they voted not to allow comments. Mr.Stachurski wanted to allow them.

We need a strong showing on this issue from all parts of The Pines, not just from those whose properties are directly affected. The Swim and Racquet Club belongs to all of us!
