They claimed that it was hard to nail down because it included other necessary tasks. As a member of the association you have an absolute right to that information. Actually, you have the right to examine the books of the corporation, or even have a CPA do it on your behalf. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Bill: I asked the Asso. the cost of the Atlantic Design work for the conceptual new community center. They claimed that it was hard to nail down because it included other necessary tasks. That said, I am sure that we have spent, through our B/O/D, a great deal of money on a concept that was soundly defeated by referendum in 1995, and again in 2001. Go figure? Marty Clarke |
