For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Bottom line: it's no longer under consideration. That's should be what the membership wants to know. I glad the baby is put to bed...but at least a few of us that have been following it might also like to know some of the rationale behind the decision...along with what the board learned about our Bayside property from the survey and assessment that was undertaken. There was also a question about a possible encroachment. Was that resolved? We heard a lot of discussion points and it would be nice to know what resulted from this. But it isn't causing any real angst for me personally...I guess I'm just curious. |
