There was also a question about a possible encroachment. Was that resolved? Not yet, but we need to close the loop on this. It is not a "big deal" at the present time, but we need to come to a written agreement as to a resolution. This had nothing to do with the decision. We heard a lot of discussion points and it would be nice to know what resulted from this. But it isn't causing any real angst for me personally...I guess I'm just curious. I can only speak for myself as to why we did not proceed. That is, in my opinion, we would have to have a tremendous amount of money offered (how much I don't know) in order for me agree to loose control of and use of that property for 99 years. Who knows what that land would be worth in 25 years? |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Bottom line: it's no longer under consideration. That's should be what the membership wants to know. I glad the baby is put to bed...but at least a few of us that have been following it might also like to know some of the rationale behind the decision...along with what the board learned about our Bayside property from the survey and assessment that was undertaken.
