Not yet, but we need to close the loop on this.  It is not a "big deal" at the present time, but we need to come to a written agreement as to a resolution.  This had nothing to do with the decision.

We heard a lot of discussion points and it would be nice to know what resulted from this. But it isn't causing any real angst for me personally...I guess I'm just curious.  

I can only speak for myself as to why we did not proceed.  That is, in my opinion, we would have to have a tremendous amount of money offered (how much I don't know) in order for me agree to loose control of and use of that property for 99 years.  Who knows what that land would be worth in 25 years?
