For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Ray, you never cease to amaze. I have not built something on OPA property without permission. Seacrets leases our parking spaces for one single reason - doing so must help their bottom line. Sounds like you are saying they cando whatever they choose on OUR property just because we lease them some parking spaces.
