John, You and Joe are both wrong. Any one can appeal any assessment in the state. It is called a third party appeal. In addition Secrets can appeal because they have a vested interest.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Your right Joe, Seacrets cant do a thing about our assessment, its totally up to OPA. I'd still like to see a drawing of our property there, $3 Mil is way too much. |
