One board member told me it makes no difference to OPA because the Seacrets encroached use of our property "does no harm." HOW CAN THIS BE? IS HE NAIVE OR WHAT?? |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: How long has this encroachment existed? Is there a chance of adverse pssession? Has proper notification been made to Seacrets, that they are encroaching? If they are encroaching what about any setbacks that should have been required by the city? No one seems to know if Seacrets even obtained a permit from Ocean City to construct the building and the fence. One board member told me it makes no difference to OPA because the Seacrets encroached use of our property "does no harm." |
