Joe, I believe this is getting out of hand. One, this great property is a sum total of about 10 to 14 parking spaces. Half face north and the other face south. It only goes about halfway to the ocean, where a fence was put up to prevent you drunks from driving into the wetlands. The STRUCTURE is a 4'x4'x7' parking attendent shelter that is very seldom used. This appraiser leaves alot to be desired. I would'nt give you $500,000 for that piece of assphalt/wetland that you can't fill in.! |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: How long has this encroachment existed? Is there a chance of adverse pssession? Has proper notification been made to Seacrets, that they are encroaching? If they are encroaching what about any setbacks that should have been required by the city? No one seems to know if Seacrets even obtained a permit from Ocean City to construct the building and the fence. One board member told me it makes no difference to OPA because the Seacrets encroached use of our property "does no harm." |
