Marty, if you can show me in the November 1, 2008 lease the WORDS "all that certain property," I'll buy you dinner. The words Marty, the words. If the new lease contains those words it is a change in the wording of the prior lease. Given some are contending the old lease unequivocally covered Seacrets parking use of the entire property (even wetlands) why would it have been necessary to add the changed wording in the new lease? And why are you still discussing this? |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe: Why am I still in this BS discussion??? "As far as I know there is no reference to "ALL" the property in prior leases" The 2004, the 2008 as well as the new lease all, ALL, ALL, have the same language that references an exhibit A which is a mete and bound description of the ENTIRE property.
