Well, maybe you are right and I can't read. Ted wrote, "The 'new' lease I last reviewed - I don't think it was changed after that review - states 'all that certain property ........ as set forth in Exhibit 'A'." Exhibit 'A' is the May 17, 1982 deed from Boise Cascade to OPA. It later spells out the 1.33 acres in more detail." Marty, since my poor reading ability apparently prevents me from finding the words "ALL THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY" in the November 1, 2008 lease perhaps you can tell me the page where you see these words. |
