For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Rick, Well do you favor OPA paying the taxes? The use of the word "expert" was in reference to the Joe Reynolds use of the term in the quote you referenced. At least twelve individuals had the opportunity to review the document and I know at least four who went through it in detail. I was simply stating that at least one of those Joe deemed as an "expert" had reviewed that passage and I provided that individual's reasoning. Ted
