I have no interest in school yard bets. The language is either in the lease of November 1, 2008 or not. I do not see it in the copy I have in hand -- pages 1-4 with signatures on page 4, a copy provided to me by OPA. If I wan't provided the full lease, I have no way to know. Street jive and smart-alec remarks aside, if you have a November 1, 2008 lease with first refusal language, I'd like to see it. Besides, the documents of record should be at OPA, not with you. On second thought, I will call Tom Olson on Wednesday and inquire. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe: You are way to much work for FREE! I will bet you $500.00 to be paid to the charity of the winner's choice that the right of first refusal was included in the last two lease agreements. You have to agree promptly and then I will then provide the proof. I will then give you with the name of my charity and the address where to send your check. Oh, one more thing. When you loose you must stop boring everybody with your stupid crusade against this lease agreement. Did some young girl on the beach at Seacrets kick sand in your face? Marty |
