I never said it was unusual. I said it was not in the prior leases. It is obviously of some importance to Seacrets or it would not have been added.

Are you saying the prior lease had a right of refusal based on Marty's comments, or do you have an actual copy of the prior lease dated November 1, 2008 and signed by Dave Stevens with first-refusal language?

The lease text is 4-pages, page 4 with signatures. I have examined it carefully and see no right of first refusal. Is there an addendum or something?

As for not selling, we have no idea what any future board will do.
