I left OP this year and joined the Bay Club because the conditions were terrible last year and the Bay Club allows walking all the time.  Recently, I ran into an employee of OPGCC and they told me that the conditions were so bad that they were told to be honest with potential customers about the horrendous conditions so there are no surprises.  Not believing that conditions could be so bad (particularly in the renovated holes, which is inexcusable) I check it out myself last week and found the course to be worse than expected.  As a resident and a lover of the Trent Jones layout (best in OC), I would like to return next year but won't if conditions don't improve dramatically.  I understand that Casper is noted for course maintainence so I'm hopeful that next year will be better. I would like to hear how Casper plans to address these problems, though.
