I've heard Casper does know the problem and taking steps to correct. Then they should post this in the golf news section on the OPA website and put a stop to all the rumors floating around. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: This is by far the most expensive item in the OPA budget and should get that level of attention. I'm not sure the above is correct. The police department at about $1.5 million may be the most expensive item. Turf problem and we don't know why. I've heard Casper does know the problem and taking steps to correct. |
