For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Steve: If we use the 2011 audited statement and divide that negative amount by your number of 280 members and all we need to do is add approximately $2,400.00 to the existing member dues. BTW, the dues at Ocean Pines would then be right in line with other private golf clubs like near by Cripple Creek. Sounds like a great idea to me. Marty |
