It could only help Ocean Pines owners. In your scenario, if golf members joined other courses, it would require OP to close the golf course, turn it into a park and save the community a lot of money and provide an amenity the all could use in some fashion! Steve |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: that's because your 'share' is heavily subsidized Let's follow your logic, So I don't want you to subsidize our golf, let's say we don't renew our membership for 2012 in May. Instead we join Ocean Resorts and BTW Ocean Resorts is cheaper to join then Ocean Pines ,just got an email from them soliciting memberships. Now what does that do for you and the heavy subsidy you pay for me to play at the pines? Don't worry about the revenue stream that Op would lose and the outside play that golf members bring in and the money spent at terns grille and the pro shop.
