For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: As far as having anyone dig in their pocket , I take care of my own bills for the golf, the yacht club the marine fuel for boat and jet skis , and the beach club parking pass which I also pay for. All of those items contribute to the bottom line for the total enjoyment of everyone that lives there so people can go to the free concerts, use the parks and communiity center etc. But I knew that when I read the rules of OP when we bought here .
