A place to park on the Beach in the summer might be quite attractive to well heeled folks who live in Salisbury or even Riddle Farms.
Most times it may be easier to find a parking spot elsewhere as the lot is already way oversold. If I was well-heeled I'd have my chauffer drop me off.... or buy a house on the beach. Anyway, I can't understand why anyone goes there for the beach. Looks like one of those scenes of a beach in China.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: The latter is the way to go. Not many people are going to shell out $300 for a parking pass. I am not so sure.
