What does the business plan say? The one I read in February had the new facility open year round.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Ted: I personally do not think we, you and I, will have a one in ten chance of selling the board on closing the Yacht Club in the off season should the membership vote to invest $4.3 Million in the new and larger facility. Not a chance and you know it. What does the business plan say? The one I read in February had the new facility open year round. On the other hand should the membership vote to NO I think we have hope. Marty |
