| I can appreciate that, but there are definite advantages to having a cooperative vs. a company like PEPCO, which seems more concerned with profits. Do you remember that Choptank reduced our rates in the Summer of 2011? Choptank also updates their equipment on a timely basis which helps keep outages to a minimum. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: We may have a good electric company, but what keeps the power going here is that the lines are underground and not subject to service interruption due to downed trees, the primary culprit in many places. |
