For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I can appreciate that, but there are definite advantages to having a cooperative vs. a company like PEPCO, which seems more concerned with profits. Do you remember that Choptank reduced our rates in the Summer of 2011? Choptank also updates their equipment on a timely basis which helps keep outages to a minimum. |
