Ray: I actually feel that update #3 was well done and I understand that Bob would want to have accurate data but that is what should have been communicated. ie, further updates will be made available to residents when available throughout the storm and during the cleanup process. We do want to be certain we are communicating accurate information regarding the storm. Probably what we really need is a good published OP emergency plan that can be used as a reference in case of a storm or other emergency and that answers all those questions in advance for residents and non-resident owners.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Ron, I guess Bob wanted to wait until we get the accurate and updated info at the meeting this morning before updating the website. I know we also too photos of water levels on the way back. There was another meeting at 1100 with all Dept. Heads including Public Works, Police, Fire and EMS. etc. to discuss ongoing OPA protective actionsand to make sure enough people would be availabe to work. Ray |
