I explained that Maryland law overrides any board resolutions and that an association member had asked a year ago to "observe" the counting of the Yacht Club referendum ballots, but her request was refused on the premise that a board resolution said the count would be done in a closed session of the Elections Committee.
I guess I misunderstood, your comment about Resolutions. Confused with other By-laws comments. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: How many other parts of our by-laws are in conflict with MD HOA Act? To my knowledge, none of the current by-laws are in conflict with the HOA Act..... so I have no idea what you are talking about. |
