For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I guess I misunderstood, your comment about Resolutions. Confused with other By-laws comments. No problem. Few are going to take the time to research and and put this ever changing jigsaw puzzle we call OPA politics together. I need to get a life....... and a majority of board members are praying I do. |
