I guess I misunderstood, your comment about Resolutions. Confused with other By-laws comments.
No problem. Few are going to take the time to research and and put this ever changing jigsaw puzzle we call OPA politics together. I need to get a life....... and a majority of board members are praying I do. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I explained that Maryland law overrides any board resolutions and that an association member had asked a year ago to "observe" the counting of the Yacht Club referendum ballots, but her request was refused on the premise that a board resolution said the count would be done in a closed session of the Elections Committee. I guess I misunderstood, your comment about Resolutions. Confused with other By-laws comments. |
