It reminds me of the Federal Government when crumbling infrastructure in our country such as sewer and water are discussed. All the talk is about how ancient it is and how it needs replacement but nothing ever gets done. The problem is that politicians don't see any benefit to themselves. Much better to be at a ribbon cutting for some new shopping center.
