Joe,
I did not buy a Beach Parking pass this season so I don't know what current conditions are. However, from my past experience, despite the extra effort that was made to keep the drains clean and functional, the bathrooms are dark,dingy, damp and odorous. They lack proper ventilation to say the least. Our Boards and Managements are well aware of this and that is why they had scheduled major renovations a number of times. Unfortunetely before anything was ever done, their personal agendas and priorities changed. |
