Joe the develpoment is about 14 years old. the amenetites appear to be much better built to start with than those in OP. There are reserves being set aside. I will see if I can did up a budget to share with you.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: How new is you community? How many homes? In OPA we are now paying to replace millions in old infrastructure. Knock off that part of the assessment and we would be paying half of what you pay. As you noted, you also have no golf course or major restaurant operation. 1 to 1 comparisons are very difficult. |
